This tutorial has been created to help those customers that may need help with applying our new Exchange 2010 server settings.
We have been preparing to migrate to Exchange 2010, from Exchange 2007, and on the weekend of March 18-19 we deployed new servers to handle the task of routing email. We expect that there will be instances where your Outlook mail application will have trouble connecting to the new server. The following instructions will help you resolve this issue.

In Outlook 2007.
1) From the Tools menu, select Account Settings.
2) With your account highlighted in the Email tab, click the Repair button.
3) Follow the prompts to begin the repair.
4) Upon completing the repair, Restart Outlook 2007.
In Outlook 2010
1) Click the File tab, and select Account Settings.
2) With your account highlighted in the Email tab, click the Repair button.
3) Follow the prompts to begin the repair.
4) Upon completing the repair, Restart Outlook 2010.
