With Exchange Unified Messaging (UM), users now have the ability to receive voicemail left for mobile devices in their UNT e-mail account.  In order to use this custom feature, you must follow these steps.

Step 1:

Contact Telecom at 565-2654 to request that your mobile phone be associated with your UM account.  You will need to provide them with your name, EUID, office phone number, and mobile phone number.

Step 2:

Set up your mobile device to forward to UM for voicemail.  Locate your carrier in the table below and enter the codes listed in the collumn labeled "To Activate".  If you wish to switch back to your provider's voicemail, enter the code listed under "To Deactivate."
