Configuring Entourage for UNT Exchange Mail
Here is a quick overview of the settings required to receive mail using Microsoft Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition for Macs.
Here are the settings the you will need to enter into Entourage, either through the setup wizard or through the Account Settings menu.
Account Settings Tab
- Name: Your name
- E-mail address:first.last@unt.edu (how it appears in the UNT AD) Check with your network IT support staff if you are not sure.
- Account Id: EUID
- Domain: UNT
- Exchange Server:webmail.unt.edu
Advanced Tab
- LDAP Server: GABUNTDC01.unt.ad.unt.edu
- Search Base: DC=unt,DC=ad,DC=unt,DC=edu
NOTICE: The Entourage email client has been replaced with the Outlook 2011 client for Mac. This comes as part of the Office 2011 suite for Mac. Contact your network administrator for an upgrade.
We will no longer be supporting issues that arise from the use of this email client.
