The Microsoft Communicator for Mac 2011 with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 provides features such as instant messaging , presence, Web conferencing, and audio/video conferencing. This comes as a replacement for MAC Messenger and the following are the steps to get started with Office Communicator 2011.
This tutorial will focus on setting up an account for Office Communicator 2011 for MAC.
Step 1) Launch Office Communicator 2011 Client and click on Sign In.
Step 2) Enter your email address if its not automatically filled in, then your password and click Continue.
Step 3) Enter your Email address (firstname.lastname@unt.edu), your UNT Domain account name(DomainName\euid0123) and password.
Step 4) Click Sign In and your account is set up for Office Communicator.
