Setting up a conference call using your personal OCS call bridge

These instructions will work for both Live Meeting conferences, and normal telephone conference calls. If you are attempting to connect to a Live Meeting conference, consult the email invitation that you were sent for dialing instructions, conference ID and passcode information. If that information doesn't exist in the email invitation, the meeting may have not been granted the appropriate rights at the time the invitation was sent.


Follow these instructions using your telephone to moderate a conference call using your OCS call bridge.

Step 1) Dial (940)369-LIVE (5483) on your phone.

Step 2) Enter your Conference ID.

  • This is the specific conference room that is reserved for your conference.

Step 3) Enter the number 1 followed by the # sign.

  • This identifies to the Call Bridge that you are the leader. If you use the passcode, you will be joined as a participant.

Step 4) Enter you extension followed by the # sign.

  • This identifies your UM account.

Step 5) Enter your PIN followed by the # sign.

  • This is your secret number that prevents anyone else from moderating your conference room.

They will be placed on hold until the moderator (you) joins the conference
